Support Account

Create a support account to submit support tickets if you need help or advice or to report an issue. A support account is independent from a database or user account. So you can create a support account before you create a database and you can connect your support account to multiple databases, which is good if you are an accountant or business with multiple databases. You can create a support account and access it either from the main login page or, having already logged in to your database, from your user session in the database.

If you don’t already have a database, on the main login page, Log in to your support account, enter your email address and password if you already have a support account or use Click here to create a support account if you don’t already have one . The Click here link will open a form to create your support account, requiring you to enter your name, your email address (which must be unique) and a password. Thereafter you log in to your support account with the same email address and password.

If you do already have a database, after you have logged in to your database, select from the menu, Support > Support Tickets. Enter your support account details (email address and password) here and they will be stored so that your database is always linked to your support account. You can edit or disconnect your support account from here as explained in the User Profile section. If you don’t already have a support account, or want to create a new one for this database, use click here to create one and follow the same process as above.

Whether you log in to your support account from the main login page or connected from your database menu, you arrive at the same place, which we explain in the Support Tickets section.

Please remember your support account details. If you forget your password, from the main login page, log in to your support account, use Click here for help, enter your email address and a reminder email will be sent to you.
