File Menu – Copy Management Reports

Purpose: To copy management report formats from one company to another. The new report can then be amended to suit if necessary. Saves time and reduces errors.

File Menu - Copy Management Reports

Select Source Report:
Scroll up and down list, click the Report that you wish to copy from the list – highlights it.

Then select Target Company:
Scroll up and down list, click the company to which you wish to copy the source report design – highlights it.

Then Copy – >
Message box appears – click Yes to copy Source Report design to selected Target Company, No to cancel.
This will overwrite the existing report design in the target company if it already exists.
Once copied, you can edit the target report design in the target company as required. Cancel: Close form without copying.
