The second support option after FAQ’s. The Knowledge Base works on the basis of the user not necessarily being a proficient accountant or bookkeeper. It is hopefully not seen as being patronising but us being as helpful as we can. Undoubtedly there may be areas when things could be explained better and if so we will be glad to hear from you so we can improve. The knowledge base is not just a help file but also an information provision to help users decide if some of the things they do in spreadsheets are possible directly from Prelude. We are convinced we can add features and benefits to Prelude Desktop which would be of benefit to you and others if only we knew about them – so please let us know. Please consider the tasks you do in spreadheets based on information held in Prelude which may be easier if completed in a database and contact us.
