Warning – Delete Ledger Account With Orders Still Live

Appears when attempting to delete a Customer or Supplier account which still has undeleted orders in the system.

Because…Existing orders (even cancelled ones) are linked to the Customer or Supplier account details in the system.

Therefore…To delete the Customer or Supplier without first deleting all orders that are linked to it would break these links and corrupt the system database. To delete the Customer or Supplier you must first Delete all Orders (Current, Completed and Cancelled) for that account.

Actions…Press OK. If you still wish to delete the customer or supplier then you must first delete all orders.
