SOP – Proof Of Delivery (EPOD) Process

Once the download has taken place the data captured is then processed and the system updated.
Up to 10 images can be stored plus –

• ID of the device
• Document details
• Date and time
• GPS data of point of delivery
• Details of any damage
• Other Notes
• Whether goods returned – not accepted
• If COD – details ofpayment – amount and method

Other data can be captured – much depends on the customer requirements and stationery design .
