Sales Ledger – Delivery Addresses Report
Purpose:
Listing of delivery addresses – keep up to date for reference – use for checking to avoid duplications and checking changes.
Preparation:
Ensure customer delivery address details are up to date – see Create and Amend Delivery Addresses.
Processing:
Either: On the main menu click Ledgers > Sales > Reports > Delivery Address List or Report Control button – Sales Page – Delivery Address List to open form.
Select parameters – see Delivery Address List form below.
Select printer – see Printing Reports.
Click OK to print/display/export to selected file type.
Close form.
Enter range of accounts – click on binoculars to search account and delivery addresses – see below. The display of delivery address is enabled in View> Parameters> Sales> Options tab> Include delivery address in search.
