Purchase Ledger – Re-use Posted Invoice

Purpose: To use a previous invoice as a template where the details are very similar – e.g. monthly service charge where only the month name changes – saves a lot of keying.

Process : Click on menu option and the first form will show all posted invoices. Select the one you wish to amend to re-use and the posting form will open for you to make the changes. When done, click OK to accept.
