Logging in to your Mailgate Account

If we have provided you with Mailgate Account details, click here to log in to your Mailgate Account. If the link doesn’t work, open a new tab in your browser and type the following into the address bar: https://mailgate.prelude.software

Your Login ID is your email address. If you don’t know your password, click Forgot password on the login page, enter your email address, click Proceed and you will be sent a reminder email.

If you have enabled Two-Factor Authentication on your account, after you have entered your email address and password, you must also enter an additional six-digit code.
