How Do I Retrieve A Deleted Email?
You should be able to retrieve messages that you “permanently” deleted in the last 14 days.
From the Outlook ribbon, select Folder > Recover Deleted Items. The form that opens is a bit clunky but it lists all items that were permanently deleted in the last 14 days.
Click the “Deleted On” column header until the listed is displayed with most recent at the top, click the item you want to restore and then click Recover Selected Items.
